-I really like how the timer came out.

There is a way to tell who the 'real' Logan is. Look at the face.

In the future, a way to tell who-is-who is by looking at the color scheme. I have the sliders dress up in specific colors so if they meet a double, the double would be in different colors. Ex-. Logan has three colors: white/tan/mustard&ketchup*.I could change Logan's motorcycle uniform to black w/white helmet and you would know that they are a dupe of the original. The same thing happened to Dark Bennish.

*I serioulsy do not like the ketchup and mustard uniform. There was absolutely no reason to dress LSC as a hot dog.

Making the minifigures, isn't that hard, but the bar/inside of the hotel was created somewhere in 2015, it's probably among my other lego creations. I'll look into it after finishing the sets/figures for season 1 and 2. Rembrandt me in a few months.

The Dominion hotel is meant to be a playset, so I will answer your question in the figures and playsets thread.

I'm thinking about something sliderific for this thread, but there is no timeline.

Start the countdown! Vortex 3.0 - is coming to a dimension near you!

-Waterslide is based on the moment when Quinn overcharged the timer to fit himself, the prof., and wade. Unfortunately, the vortex opened into the ocean of another world instead of ice world. The massive amount of water that comes out shorts out the equipment, but the vortex does not close. As water continues to come out, the world becomes flooded, and people slowly move onto higher ground, and eventually into large submarines like 'Seaquest DSV'.

Quinn: Forget the shallow benefits (of sliding) -think of the scientific advancements. Some Earths are bound to have outlawed war or cured cancer.
Prof. Arturo:Yes, and some may have perfected war and created new cancers.

-Slides of sorrow part 1: Landing on an irradiated world, Wade manages to find anti radiation pills and forces the guys to take them, then falls down from exposure to the radiation. Sliding out of rad world, Quinn ,Prof., and Rembrandt slide from world to world to find a hospital to cure Wade. Unfortunately, the luck of the sliders is with them.
-Slides of Sorrow part 2: The guys talk about how wade is good with money, her attitude, their feelings about her, and that time she made them go vegetarian. Eventually they slide into a world with a hospital- run by Doctor Arturo!
The famous slider luck holds when this worlds Dr. Arturo refuses to cure Wade. Our Prof., Quinn, and Rembrandt come up with a high-risk plan to cure Wade, and our Prof. Arturo prepares to treat Wade.
-Slides of sorrow part 3: Can Prof. Arturo cure Wade of her radiation poisoning? Will Quinn, Wade, Prof. Arturo and Rembrandt slide out together, or will they be forced to leave one of their own behind?

It was ok for a starting vortex, I know I can do better. And I will.

I applaud her creativity in turning a drill piece into a vortex. I personally wanted a vortex that could be a play feature of a sliders set. Will I succeed?

So much lego sliders goodness! Lady Agata built everything by herself? Cez, you and Lady Agata are getting me excited! We should team up on a lego sliders project!

I never knew how strong I was until a couple of months into pandemic season.
I started an excersize regimen of jumping jacks/pushups/lifting/running laps and eating healthier. Dropped three pants sizes and went shopping for a new wardrobe. Took notes in my journal, and eventually started playing basketball, got in touch with friends that I haven't spoken to in years. I love jumping jacks!

I asked in the 'Team-Ups!!! thread which characters needed some love. RussianCabbie_Lotteryfan had a request for certain characters. Most were done as brickheads in the Team-Ups!!! thread. There was one that was not finished... until now.

The table on the left has headache-curing herbs, a crystal ball and a black candle. The table on the right has the fortune teller reading the tarot cards. Can you guess which symbol represents each slider?

It is amazing that Sliders fans are putting the quantum quartet in action. You, Cez, LadyAgata, Dyland(2014) from bricks in motion(Temporal Flux started the first lego thread here) and myself. The brick builders are out there, keeping the spirit of Sliders alive.

I have seen some of yours and LadyAgata's work. It's good, but there is so much, i'll have to take a 2nd look, maybe even a 3rd look...

I will be shelving Faaaaaabulous world for now. I feel that it is a can of worms- the main goal was to show that there are people who are there for the movement and there are others who seek to create friction and using that friction to splinter the movement. The idea's the community had had would have been added to the story. I would have wanted to shown negative side of the movement. You can't have faaaaaabulous all the time, and once the cameras go off...

I'm sure it would have pissed some people off, but you can't have good without bad. Most likely get a community strike for violating the rules too.

These are good, ideas,
1. Axis powers win: I had an idea where Japan took over the U.S., and it eventually developed into Axis powers world. I could actually see the Sliders in Japanifornia. New York and some northeast states would be Italian, and the southern states German. There is a focus on military science. All jails and camps moved to Australia, to keep the Fatherland 'pure'.
@Slider_Quinn21: I did not picture the entire west coast as Japan's but it's a good idea.
@RussianCabbie_Lotteryfans: The episode would be about infighting, how some of the axis powers believe that they should have gotten a better deal, and WW3 happens because of that.

2. Faaaaaabulous world: I wanted each letter of the LGBT to be their own tribe, with their own history/culture.
@Slider_Quinn21/RussianCabbie_Lotteryfans: The idea of who is a better parent would be explored through the various tribes. Some colors of the rainbow shine brighter than others!
I believe that the 'adoption upon request' idea has merit, and should be a separate world.

3. In my excitement, I may have bitten off more than I can chew. The most common places like Quinn's lab/Dominion hotel are being worked on, and I wanted to have a story or two finished by the time the park and other common areas were done. In the meantime, here is a picture of Faaaaaabulous world's version of our Sliders:

I'm looking for any/all sliders fans who would like to help develop and expand the following stories:
- Axis powers win WW 2 (how was the U.S. divided among the powers?)
- Faaaaaabulous world (16.8 percent of world pop. plays for the other team)
- Waterslide (sliders land in a gigantic sub and need to get to the surface)
- Slides of Sorrow: Prof. Arturo, Rembrandt and Quinn must carry an unconscious Wade through several worlds.
- Sliders origins: How did the sliders become who they are today?

Brick wall with vortex is finished. Making the wall itself was easy. Trying to find the right pieces to use for the vortex proved to be a challenge. I wanted to have it setup so you could show the Prof. Arturo, Quinn, Wade, and Rembrandt jumping in and being thrown from the vortex. It's so good, it can be a part of any playset.
