Topic: Sliders reruns will return to the air (literally) on April 6!

Sliders will be part of the newly added shows to Comet TV's rotation, including Quantum Leap of course!  Says 4PM East, not sure if it's one episode per day (I guess) or not.  Comet is one of those networks that come over the air on a variety of local stations in their sub channels.  On Verizon FIOS, it is channel 459 and it's actually in HD, while they have a sister station Charge! on channel 458 that has shows like La Femme Nikita.

I caught it.  It's nice to not have to switch out DVDs and just have one after another episode playing on the tv.  We got this with netflix and hulu but the quality was so poor, worse than what is being shown on comet, I believe, that it wasn't quite the same.  I hope SLIDERS regulary stays in syndication in the U.S. now and it takes on a live of things like Battlestar Galactica or Babylon 5, which that network is always playing.  I hope this doesn't come and go like it did with The Hub.

Not sure if the broadcast rights could be double dipped, but here’s a new channel to keep an eye on for Sliders:

The new channel’s parent, Antenna TV, is something in my part of the country, so it could be a regional difference that would allow them to also have the Sliders broadcast rights.  We’ll see

It does seem their focus is comedy, so at most I would only expect something like Sliders once a week (like MeTV does with their Saturday Night Sci-Fi block)
